At Peggy’s, our passion for food shines through in every bite. From sourcing the finest ingredients to perfecting each recipe, we’re driven by a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our signature pizza dough was carefully developed through countless hours of testing, and it's topped with fresh mozzarella we pull in-house. We craft our traditional Romanian Mici with a house-ground sausage blend, and even our fries are hand-cut to order — because every detail matters. Peggy’s is named in loving memory of Steven’s late mother, Peggy(Florence) Saslow. Peggy was an educator whose passion and dedication left a lasting impact on generations of students. Her legacy lives on not only in spirit but also through the kitchen, where her cherished family recipes(most notably her brisket and matzo ball soup) have become signature favorites on our menu.
